Molokhiyeh (Jew's mallow or okra leaf) is a green leaf used in Middle Eastern food. Add it to your choice of broth for a thick, delicious stew. Serve with rice, freekeh or bulgur and squeeze of lemon at the end.
Our Molokhiyeh is grown in our farms in Jordan. Hand picked, cleaned, washed and dried in the perfect temperature to maintain a bright green color. Boil only for five minutes and add lots of minced garlic for a superior taste.
This molokhiyeh is pure leaves, unlike the frozen brands, so a little goes a long away. Jar feeds a family of 4-5.
