Molokhiyeh (Jew's mallow or okra leaf) is a green leaf used in Middle Eastern food. Add it to your choice of broth for a thick, delicious stew. Serve with rice, freekeh or bulgur with a squeeze of lemon.
Our Molokhiyeh is grown in our farms in Jordan. Hand picked, cleaned, washed and dried in the perfect temperature to maintain a bright green color. Boil only for five minutes and add lots of minced garlic for a superior taste.
This molokhiyeh is pure leaves, unlike the frozen brands, so a little goes a long away. Jar feeds a family of 4-5.
